The great thing about Move with Molly is its flexibility! If you’re doing the Six-Week Fat Burn Plan, you don’t need any equipment—these are effective, no-equipment workouts designed for home use. For the Sculpt and Tone Plan, you’ll have the option to use weights and gym equipment, but we also provide adaptations for home workouts if you don’t have access to a gym. You can achieve amazing results wherever you are!
