Session Information:

  • This week you have a superset for biceps and triceps. A superset involves performing two exercises consecutively without taking a rest in between. After completing the first exercise, immediately move to the second exercise. Once both exercises are done, take a rest period before starting the next set of the superset.
  • Rest between sets should be 45 seconds.
  • Remember to watch the tutorial videos if you are unsure on how to perform a movement.
  • Please always ask an instructor at your gym for any further assistance if you are still unsure on how to perform the correct technique.
