Session Information:
This week you have a superset for biceps and triceps. A superset involves performing two exercises consecutively without taking a rest in between. After completing the first exercise, immediately move to the second exercise. Once both exercises are done, take a rest period before starting the next set of the superset.
Rest between sets should be 45 seconds.
