Baked Cod with Herbs and Lemon

Ingredients

4 cod fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 lemon, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, and parsley.

Step 4

Brush the mixture over the cod fillets. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Place lemon slices on top of the cod.

Step 6

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
