Balsamic Glazed Chicken Thighs with Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on

30ml balsamic vinegar

15ml honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

15ml olive oil

200g green beans, trimmed

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Place chicken thighs on a lined baking tray.

Step 4

Brush chicken with balsamic glaze.

Step 5

Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Step 6

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 7

Add trimmed green beans and sauté until tender-crisp.

Step 8

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 9

Serve chicken thighs with garlic green beans.
