Beef and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
400g beef sirloin, cut into cubes
1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 green pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
8 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Add beef cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Thread marinated beef cubes, pepper chunks, onion chunks, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
Step 4
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Step 5
Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Serve hot.
