Ingredients
1/2 banana (about 60g)
75g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
120ml almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds (15g)
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
