Grilled Lemon Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill for garnish
Method
Step 1
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Step 3
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush with the lemon garlic mixture.
Step 4
Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
