Ingredients
50g rolled oats
120ml almond milk
50g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
15ml maple syrup
2.5ml vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
In a jar, mix rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Step 2
Add mixed berries and stir gently.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
In the morning, stir well and enjoy cold.
