Ingredients

200ml coconut milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

100g pineapple chunks

1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup.

Step 2

Let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge until it thickens.

Step 3

Serve topped with pineapple chunks
