Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

90g cooked quinoa

120ml almond milk

1/2 banana (about 60g), sliced

15g almond butter

15ml maple syrup

Handful of mixed berries

Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan, warm the almond milk over low heat.

Step 2

Stir in the cooked quinoa and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Step 3

Transfer the quinoa mixture to a bowl.

Step 4

Top with sliced banana, almond butter, maple syrup, and mixed berries.

Step 5

Stir gently to combine.

Step 6

Serve warm and enjoy!
