Ingredients
300g Quorn strips
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fajita seasoning
8 small flour tortillas
Guacamole, salsa, sour cream (optional, for serving)
Method
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add Quorn strips and fajita seasoning. Cook until heated through.
Step 3
Add sliced peppers and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
Step 4
Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
Step 5
Serve Quorn mixture with warm tortillas and optional toppings.
