Ingredients
2 cans (160g each) tuna, drained
1 avocado, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine tuna, avocado, cucumber, and red onion.
Step 2
Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the salad, then toss to combine.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
