This week, aim to increase the weight if you can. For example, if you were doing a cable squat on 7.5 increase to 12.5 but remember you must be able to keep correct form for all reps

Session Information:

  • Rest between sets should be 45-60 seconds.
  • Remember to watch the tutorial videos if you are unsure on how to perform a movement.
  • Please always ask an instructor at your gym for any further assistance if you are still unsure on how to perform the correct technique.
