Session Information:

This week, try to slightly increase the weight. For example, if you were using a 6kg dumbbell for the Sumo Squat & Upright Row, switch to a 7kg dumbbell. If you are unable to complete all reps with correct form then drop back down to your original weight. It is important you must be able to perform all reps with correct form.
  • Rest between sets should be 30 seconds.
  • Remember to watch the tutorial videos if you are unsure on how to perform a movement.
